I don’t even know where to begin. We had an amazing experience with Swift Brothers, specifically with Marcus. We had a gas leak at the house we just purchased front he tankless water heater (done by another company) and Swift Brothers immediately sent someone one over to fix the emergency and ensure we had an appointment to correct issues that were found. Marcus is incredible! He was responsive, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable! We will always call on Swift Brothers for anything we need in the future. The only opportunity for improvement is their phone system. It appears they use a call center and the young ladies we spoke to weren’t very informed or helpful.

I had the pleasure of working with Marcus Carter and he was absolutely amazing! Very thorough and knowledgeable. He also noticed some issues regarding my recent hot water tank installation that was done by another company. Very nice guy!

I recently had new appliances delivered and were supposed to be installed by a big company that I won't mention. However, they were unable to unhook my old gas stove, therefore, never installed my new gas stove. They informed me to call my utility company or a contractor instead. After numerous calls to my utility company and several private contractors, Swift Brothers were able to come the same day. I had the pleasure of working with Marcus who came in, looked at my appliances and the gas lines, gave me a reasonable estimate that I accepted, and got to work. He was able to unhook the gas line within 10 minutes all by himself. He installed the new stove, walked me through the process and explained what he was doing, tested the gas lines, and took the old stove away (so I didn't have to call the big company to come back and pick it up). He was very efficient, patient, and professional. I appreciate him taking the time to explain what he was doing and truly going above and beyond.

Justin is an amazing technician! His communication is great. He is very knowledgeable, works diligently, and is great about explaining the problem as well as our options to move forward. We really appreciate having someone we can trust to call on for the complicated plumbing issues that pop up in our old home.

We came home to a leaking pipe in our wall at 10:00 pm and called for someone to come out as quickly as possible. Joey was here within an hour and it was the best customer service imaginable. He was very polite, and extremely knowledgable, even taking the time to explain a lot of useful information about the plumbing system in our 100 y/o home. He fixed the problem quickly and thoroughly checked to make sure everything was working properly. We’ll definitely use them again

So disappointed that I broke relationship with my prior favorite group. Something has changed for the worse with the latest move for comfort zone. Always a trusted partner, this week they consistently went back on their commitments. Said they would call and didn't, made appointments and cancelled. We have heating problems and are going elsewhere. Which stinks because I really value and like the comfort zone technicians. Real professionals that now seem to be led by people that aren't following through. We have been loyal advocates but now are moving on. Want a shame

His professionalism, attention to detail, and personal approach exceeded my expectations. Justin was awesome. Very nice in the phone. Well pump needed reset after power outage. Came out in the AM. Fixed the problem and took a picture and told me how to fix it myself next time. Just a very good professional. The woman who answered the phone was also very kind in this emergency situation. I called 5 plumbers who advertised emergency service and Swift Brothers was the only one who picked up and called me back. Will definitely use again.
